Service Advisor, Denver, CO

Pay: $27-$31 - Pay based on an individual’s skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.

Hours of Work:Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver a friendly, professional experience for every customer from check-in to vehicle pickup
  • Listen to customer concerns and create accurate repair orders and service estimates
  • Inspect vehicles and document service needs clearly and efficiently
  • Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to keep repairs on track and on schedule
  • Provide customers with timely updates and clear communication throughout the repair process
  • Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
  • Review completed repairs with customers, explain charges, and ensure satisfaction before delivery
  • Handle billing, payments, and service documentation accurately
  • Support daily shop operations, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Assist with road tests and additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required; CDL preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in the light- and/or heavy-duty truck industry or related field
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of truck repair, maintenance, and service operations preferred

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with service management software
  • Understanding of shop financials (labor, parts, billing)
