We are looking for an organized & highly motivated Service Administrator to join our team in Wallingford, Connecticut!
Career Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, work order processing and invoicing,filing, payroll and time card posting for technicians. Centralized Parts and Service responsibilities may be required. Quotes and quote log management. Technician support for warranty, National Fleet programs, scheduling and work in process management. Utilization of web-based applications for dispatch, GPS, third party fleet companies, vendors and customers as required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
Communicates professionally in person, by phone and email
