Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing technology and managed services provider, for an experienced Service Activation Manager to lead the end-to-end activation of new client services. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on turning signed contracts into live, working solutions and who enjoys being the connective tissue between sales, provisioning, engineering, and the customer.
Day to day, you will juggle multiple active implementations at once, chase down the details that keep projects moving, and stay calm when a vendor slips a delivery date or a customer changes scope mid-stream. People who do well in this role are organized without being rigid, communicate clearly under pressure, and take real ownership of outcomes rather than just checking boxes. If you like solving operational puzzles and seeing a project through from kickoff to go-live, this role was built for you.
