Service Account Manager | Remote (Central OR West Coast-based) 

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Service Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing customers across the U.S. This is a 60% sales / 40% technical role focused on aftermarket revenue, including spare parts, service agreements, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades.

Compensation $75,00-85,000 base + 20% target incentive bonus 
** Candidates must be base in central US OR West Coast ** 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Proactively identify and convert aftermarket sales opportunities
• Sell spare parts, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and equipment upgrades
• Provide technical support and coordinate solutions for customer issues
• Conduct regular customer visits, training, and presentations
• Manage opportunities, quotes, and customer activity through CRM
• Partner with internal sales and service teams to drive opportunities through to completion

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in technical sales, field service, engineering, or a related role
• Strong sales mentality with excellent customer-facing skills
• Technical/engineering background preferred; degree is a plus but not required
• Experience in food & beverage, nutraceuticals, pharma, packaging, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% (6–8 customer visits/month)
