About the Role:Vazzanos Four Seasons LLC in Stratford, CT is looking for passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our team! We are currently hiring Servers, Bartenders, and a Banquet Manager to deliver exceptional dining and event experiences to our guests. Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding food and beverage service to guests in a professional and timely manner
- Take and accurately process guest orders, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are met
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with consistency and flair (Bartenders)
- Coordinate and oversee banquet events from setup to breakdown, ensuring seamless execution (Banquet Manager)
- Supervise and support banquet service staff, managing scheduling and event logistics (Banquet Manager)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, and banquet areas per health and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service flow during events and regular service
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue
Requirements:- Previous experience in a server, bartender, or banquet/event management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, cocktail preparation, and banquet operations
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and guest relations skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- TIPS or ServSafe certification is a plus
- Banquet Manager candidates should have prior supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
