Spring Creek Golf Club is seeking personable and service-oriented Servers to provide an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a team-oriented hospitality environment. Effective Rate Including Tips: $16–$23/hour
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain clean and properly set dining and service areas.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and Food & Beverage team members.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Assist with member events, banquets, and other club functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
