What You'll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and seat them at their tables
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen
- Explain menu items and the shabu-shabu cooking process to guests
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Check in with tables to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal
- Handle payments and process transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and host staff to keep service flowing smoothly
