Maintain cleanliness of production areas including but not limited to vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed and instructed by the Dining Services management team.

 

Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities

• Serve meals to the residents and set the table in the dining rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas including but not limited to vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas.
• Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.

Position Requirements

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe certification if required

Experience: None required; 1+ years of dining services experience preferred

Skills& Abilities:

• Exceptional customer service skills

Min: USD $16.00/Hr. Max: USD $18.00/Hr.
