Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Clover POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Sanitate utensils, glassware, and dining surfaces to uphold health and safety standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens to assist guests effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
