• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times.
• Operate cash registers for processing payments accurately.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong upselling skills to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and guest relations best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a nightclub or high-energy atmosphere.
• Familiarity with culinary terms and food safety standards is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
