SERVER

The Finch is looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team at our new Rockwall location! We're looking for team members who are passionate about great food, exceptional service, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, friendly, and exceptional guest service.
• Guide guests through our food and beverage menus.
• Accurately take orders and deliver food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Work as a team to ensure an outstanding dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• TABC and Food Handler certifications required.
