About the Role:Rusty Hooks Dockside Grill is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Server to join our team in beautiful Southport, NC! If you love delivering great dining experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room
Requirements:- Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per North Carolina regulations
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
