Job Summary

Wintzell's Oyster House is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Process payments and provide accurate receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
