Server Job Description

Location: 2901 Village Drive, Rockwall, TX, 75087

We are seeking a friendly and efficient server to join our team at our location in Rockwall, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions
• Current Food Handler's and TABC Certification
