Trevor's is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Servers to join our growing team. We are looking for Servers who are passionate about the Trevor’s brand and are looking to grow within the company.
As a Server you will be responsible for running food and drinks to respective guests in a fast-paced environment. Servers should operate extremely efficiently, provide team-based service and a positive and memorable guest experience. As a Server you must be able to multitask and provide excellent communication with team members and guests.
Responsibilities
Ensure tables are clean and tidy throughout your shift
Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
Completes assigned side-work to ensure shift readiness
Effectively listen and respond timely to guest needs
Make recommendations for cocktails and other drinks behind the bar
Adhere to all state liquor laws including verifying legal age for consumption
Run drinks to customers in the bar, store, and patio
Help bus and clear the bar and patio throughout your shift
Constantly checking on each guest to ensure everything is to satisfaction
Cash handling including but not limited to securing form of payment for tabs, balancing cash receipts
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to sit to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Ability to reach overhead and below knees including but not limited to bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Be a team player with a can-do attitude to exceed guest expectations
Create positive memorable experiences that build guest loyalty
Genuine and authentic within all interactions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to the needs of the company/team
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Server experience required
Food Handlers Certification
Alcohol Service Licensing

This position's pay is hourly plus tips.
