Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-oriented Server to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality, understands the standards of upscale dining, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, personalized service.

Our servers are ambassadors of Quail Ridge. They build relationships with members, anticipate their needs, and consistently deliver an elevated dining experience while maintaining a warm and welcoming approach.

Key Responsibilities/ Essential Functions

• Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service to members and their guests.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, beverage, menus, daily features, and service standards.
• Anticipate member needs and consistently exceed expectations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the culinary and service teams.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the entire dining experience.
• Ensure tables and service areas are properly set, maintained, and reset according to Quail Ridge standards.
• Deliver food and beverages with proper presentation and timing.
• Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, culinary team members, captains, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Handle member requests, concerns, and special occasions with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished appearance and service environment.
• Follow all club policies, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support fellow team members during busy periods.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when interacting with members and guests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of serving experience in upscale, fine dining, private club, hotel, or high-end hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of professional dining room service and hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop genuine relationships with members and guests.
• Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm, gracious, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Food safety and alcohol-service certifications are preferred or may be required based on position responsibilities.
