Schlesinger’s Steakhouse is looking for a professional Server who knows how to deliver outstanding hospitality in a busy, upscale dining environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Deliver polished, attentive service from the initial greeting through the final farewell.
- Know the menu, explain selections confidently, and make thoughtful recommendations on steaks, seafood, wine, and daily specials.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service without being intrusive.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining accuracy and composure.
- Enter orders correctly and coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining section.
- Handle guest requests and concerns with courtesy, sound judgment, and a solution-oriented attitude.
- Build guest relationships that encourage repeat visits and help establish a loyal clientele.
THE PROFESSIONAL WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous serving experience preferred; upscale or high-volume experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to your scheduled shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail, timing, and follow-through.
- Able to stay organized and focused during busy service periods.
- Confident, personable, and comfortable making menu recommendations.
- A team player who takes initiative and supports fellow staff members.
- Flexible availability for day or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
