Schlesinger’s Steakhouse is looking for an experienced and motivated Server to join our team!

What You’ll Do
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service from greeting through farewell
- Guide guests through our menu, including steaks, seafood, wine selections, and daily specials
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalized service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented section throughout every shift
- Work closely with kitchen, bartending, and support teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle multiple tables and priorities efficiently during busy shifts
- Create memorable dining experiences that encourage guests to return
What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving experience preferred; upscale or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus
- Strong communication and guest-service skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and polished demeanor
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to hospitality
- A team-first attitude and willingness to support your coworkers
