- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond professionally to requests or concerns.
- Process payments accurately and handle transactions according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Coordinate effectively with team members to support efficient service during busy periods.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.
