What You''ll Do
As a Fine Dining Server, you''ll help create an exceptional restaurant experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing attentive, professional, and courteous service to Residents and guests
Greeting and escorting diners to their tables
Presenting menus, daily specials, and making knowledgeable recommendations
Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the POS system
Serving meals and beverages promptly and professionally
Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized hospitality throughout the dining experience
Assembling and serving food and beverage orders according to restaurant standards
Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a polished dining environment
Assisting with special events, banquets, and catered functions
Maintaining clean, organized dining, pantry, and service areas
Restocking supplies, condiments, and beverage stations
Following all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
Ensuring responsible alcohol service in accordance with company policy and laws
Supporting fellow team members to deliver seamless service
Completing side work, cleaning assignments, and other duties as needed
What We''re Looking For
We''re seeking hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Fine dining or banquet serving experience required
Experience serving alcohol required
Strong communication and guest-service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence
