At Andaz, we create fully immersive experiences that reflect the rich culture and spirit of our surroundings. We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented In-Room Dining/Server Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining orders promptly, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper temperature
• Engage guests with a warm, approachable service style and create a welcoming in-room dining experience
• Set up and clear trays, tables, and service areas in guest rooms efficiently and professionally
• Assist as a Server Assistant in on-property dining outlets as needed
• Support general in-room dining operations, including preparation, stocking, and cleanliness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift/push/pull a moderate amount of weight, as well as work both indoors and outdoors throughout shift
