Job Summary:
We are seeking an attentive, friendly, and efficient Server to provide excellent service to our guests. The Server is responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous service and maintaining strong knowledge of menu offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and enter customer orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, hosts, and bussers to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous serving experience is preferred, but not required
Schedule:
- Temporary position
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
