Waverly Heights is currently seeking a full-time Server to join our team. Our Servers play a vital role in in our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, while creating a warm and welcoming environment to all members of our community. Daily responsibilities include:providing prompt and efficient service during mealtimesengaging with residents in a friendly and respectful manner creating a sense of community through meaningful interactionstaking guest orders and ensuring accuracy of food and beverages being servedensuring each guests' dining experience is tailored to their preferences and individual needs assisting in organizing and catering special events, parties, and functions within the communityserving as hosts during special functions, fostering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionallyassisting in clearing and cleaning tables promptly and resetting for next meal serviceworking closely with kitchen staff, food service managers, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination in delivering exceptional service.Our full-time Servers are scheduled up to 40 hours per week and includes working every other weekend. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer services skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
