Server (Full-Service Restaurant + Bar)

Alpha Pitt Smokers is looking for energetic, reliable servers to join our team. We’re a fast-paced BBQ restaurant with a full bar and a focus on great food and genuine hospitality.
If you can stay organized, move with urgency, and take care of guests the right way, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive, friendly service to every guest
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS
- Run food, check back, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Handle cash and card transactions correctly
- Maintain clean, organized sections and complete side work
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
- Help support team members during busy shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle high-volume shifts without losing composure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
