Wholly Stromboli is an award-winning, independently owned East Coast eatery in historic downtown Fort Lupton. We’re known for scratch-made food, generous portions, and exceptional hospitality—but what really makes Wholly Stromboli special is the team behind it.
We take pride in doing things well, taking care of our guests, and taking care of each other. We work hard, have fun, and believe great restaurants are built by people who show up for their team and take pride in what they do.
We offer flexible scheduling, employee meal benefits, paid time off, training and opportunities for advancement, team events throughout the year, and the chance to participate in local and international pizza competitions. We’re also closed on major holidays so our team can spend that time with the people who matter to them.
