This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) front of the house (FOH) position working in a team-oriented, high-volume / fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest quality food & drink.

Requirements & Expectations:
- Minimum of 3 years, but preferably at least 5 years of serving experience in a high-end, fine dining establishment.
- Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Available to work any day of the week, including evenings, weekends and some holidays. *Weekend Availability (Fri/Sat/Sun) Required*
- The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and wine.
- Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things.
- Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast-paced / high-stress environment.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with both front of the house and back of the house team members in a loud environment.
- Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is required.
Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time
- Ability to maintain balance of food and drink service trays
- Physical ability to frequently lift up to 30lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
This is a non-exempt position paid a fixed hourly rate, plus tips
