Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide courteous, efficient service
- Take and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Answer questions about menu items, specials, and service options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and related spaces
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures as needed
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
- Support opening, closing, and side work responsibilities as assigned

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
