Server - Duemani Restaurant

Servers are responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service throughout every guest’s dining experience. Successful candidates are confident multitaskers who anticipate guest needs, communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with genuine hospitality.
• Guide guests through the food, wine, and cocktail menus.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages according to service standards.
• Monitor tables throughout service to anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain clean and organized sections before, during, and after service.
• Process payments accurately.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, back servers, polishers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of upscale or fine-dining serving experience preferred.
• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
