Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time & Student Positions Available

Pay Rate: $14.10 / hour

Position Overview

The Pines of Mount Lebanon, an Integracare community, is seeking friendly, energetic Servers to join our culinary team! In this role, you will deliver a high-quality dining experience to our residents by taking meal orders, serving food, and creating a warm, welcoming environment in our dining room.

Available Schedules & Shifts

Standard Server Roles (Full-Time & Part-Time)

• Day Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Schedule: Includes rotating weekend coverage.

Student Server Roles

• Weekday Shifts: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Perfect for high school or college schedules!)
• Weekend Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating weekends required).

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents cheerfully, present menus, and take accurate meal and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and refreshments promptly and courteously during dining hours.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain general cleanliness in the dining room and server stations.
• Assist with light food preparation, stocking side stations, and beverage service.
• Foster positive, respectful relationships with residents and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school student or graduate (Must meet state minimum age requirements for employment).
• Experience: Prior serving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but no prior experience required—we will train motivated candidates!
• Skills: Positive attitude, strong communication, reliability, and a desire to work with senior adults.
• Requirements: Must pass standard pre-employment background checks and health screenings where applicable.
