Victory Tap Sports Lounge No. 2 is coming to Dallas! Opening Fall 2026
Lombardi Family Concepts is bringing the Victory Tap experience to Dallas, and we’re building an all-star team from the ground up.
We’re looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new location and help set the standard for exceptional service from day one.

What You’ll Do - Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and genuine attitude
- Deliver knowledgeable, attentive, and engaging service throughout the guest experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
- Make confident menu and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with attention to presentation
- Anticipate guest needs and consistently go above and beyond to create memorable experiences
- Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction
- Accurately process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining environment
- Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to create seamless service
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift
What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of serving experience in an upscale, high-volume, or reputable restaurant, sports bar, or hospitality environment
- Current TABC certification
- Current Food Handler certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
