We are looking for friendly, dependable, and experienced servers to join our team. Our restaurant can be fast-paced and high-volume, especially during dinner and weekends, so we re looking for someone who is comfortable staying organized and providing great service while handling multiple tables.
What we re looking for:
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Friendly and professional with guests
- Able to handle multiple tables and priorities at once
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
- Sushi/Japanese restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and providing attentive service
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Learning our menu, including sushi and all-you-can-eat options
- Checking on tables and anticipating guest needs
- Processing payments accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organized section
- Completing opening, running, and closing side work
- Working closely with hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, and other servers
