Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate requests clearly to the kitchen or bar team
- Serve menu items in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to questions or concerns
- Process payments accurately and handle transactions according to company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
- Restock supplies and assist with side work before, during, and after shifts
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient service during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or food service environment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and professional
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
