Sidecar Slider Bar in Bloomfield Twp is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join their team. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and dietary options
- Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and POS transactions
- Keep tables, service areas, and dining room clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous serving or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic math skills and experience with POS systems is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcohol
