The Server is responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and efficient execution. This role requires strong communication, urgency, and accountability while maintaining standards of hospitality and teamwork.

Guest Experience:
Greet every table promptly with professionalism and energy.
Guide guests through the menu with confidence and product knowledge.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS.
Maintain awareness of table progression and pacing throughout the meal.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues before they escalate.
Present checks and process payments efficiently.
Service Standards:
Full ownership of your tables from greet to close-out.
Pre-bus and maintain table cleanliness throughout the dining experience.
Ensure food is delivered promptly and correctly.
Follow all steps of service consistently.
Maintain clean, organized, and stocked service areas.
Team Responsibilities:
Assist teammates when needed—this is a team environment, not an individual one.
Support hosts, bartenders, and kitchen when the operation requires it.
Help maintain flow of service, especially during high-volume periods.
Communicate clearly with managers and BOH.
Operational Discipline:
Follow all section assignments, cuts, and scheduling as directed by management.
Do not swap sections or make floor decisions without manager approval.
Maintain accountability for your tables during shift changes.
Adhere to all opening, running, and closing side work.
Cleanliness & Organization:
Keep your section clean at all times (tables, floors, surrounding areas)
Participate in daily and weekly cleaning tasks
Maintain sanitation and safety standards
Performance Expectations:
Strong sense of urgency and awareness

Reliability and punctuality
Ability to handle high-volume service without sacrificing quality
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
