About the Role:

Beef O Bradys in Hudson, FL is looking for an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our team! If you love creating great guest experiences in a fun, sports-bar atmosphere, this is the place for you. Come be part of a team that takes pride in great food, cold drinks, and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver to tables
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages behind the bar
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area throughout each shift
• Upsell menu items, daily specials, and promotional beverages
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
• Must meet minimum age requirement to serve alcohol in Florida
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food Handler and/or alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction
