Server / Bartender (1 F/T, I Seasonal, 1 On-Call)

LOCATION: Electric City, WA

Summary:

The Server / Bartender is responsible for delivering professional and attentive food and beverage service to members, guests, and event participants at Coyote Ridge Golf Course. This position supports restaurant, bar, patio, and tournament operations by ensuring accurate order processing, compliance with alcohol regulations, and a welcoming guest experience. The Server / Bartender plays a key role in maintaining hospitality standards that reflect the values of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and Colville Fuels. This position may be eligible for additional incentive opportunities based on role and performance.

Essential Functions:

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive and courteous service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with Washington State regulations
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, and service areas
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to service needs in a timely manner
• Verify identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of tournaments and special events
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and clubhouse staff to ensure efficient service
