SERVER ASSISTANT

The Finch is looking for energetic, hardworking, and team-oriented Server Assistants to join our opening team at our new Rockwall location! We're looking for individuals who take pride in supporting their team and helping create exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room.
• Refill water, restock supplies, and assist guests as needed.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Food Handler certification required.
