We’re looking for a Server Assistant who brings energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for hospitality to our team! While our servers take care of the guests at their tables, our server assistants help make the entire dining experience seamless. From keeping tables ready for the next guests to anticipating what the team needs before they ask, your role is essential to creating an exceptional experience from beginning to end.

Keep the dining room moving. Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly so every guest is welcomed into a fresh, polished space.
Be one step ahead. Anticipate the needs of servers and guests by keeping an eye on the dining room and jumping in before you're asked.
Support the service team. Assist servers with running food, delivering items, clearing plates, and providing additional support during busy periods.
Own the details. Ensure tables are properly set, service stations are organized, and the dining room stays clean and presentable throughout every shift.
Keep supplies stocked. Refill service stations with silverware, napkins, glassware, plates, and other essentials so the team is always prepared.
Help create a great guest experience. Respond promptly to requests, maintain a welcoming environment, and treat every guest with courtesy and care.
Work with a sense of urgency. Move efficiently and purposefully while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Be a team player. Communicate with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
Take initiative. Stay productive during slower periods by completing side work, organizing supplies, cleaning, and preparing for the next rush without waiting to be asked.
Maintain high standards. Follow all cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and professional environment.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to be part of a great hospitality team.
A strong work ethic and the willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.
Excellent awareness of your surroundings and the ability to anticipate what needs to be done.

The ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and regularly lift and carry items required for the role.
