Server Assistant

OurServer Assistantsplay a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences by supporting seamless service and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking to grow their front-of-house skills.

Location: Harry & Izzy's Paradise Valley (12770 Tatum Blvd, Phoenix AZ, 85032)

What you will do: 

• Support Servers by ensuring tables are properly set, maintained, and reset throughout service.
• Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards and communicating dish descriptions when appropriate.
• Assist with beverage service, water refills, bread service, and other guest needs to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas.
• Anticipate guest and team needs, responding quickly to requests and helping ensure smooth service execution.

What you will bring:  

• Prior high-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Experience in upscale dining preferred
