About the Role: As a Server Assistant (also known as a Busser) at Charlie Gitto's, you'll be a key part of the guest experience — clearing and resetting tables, supporting our servers and bartenders, and keeping our dining room clean and welcoming. • Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests and teammates

Requirements:

• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift bus tubs/trays for extended periods
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years old (or per local labor laws)
