Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at Victory Ranch. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting the efficiency of our restaurant operations. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist servers in providing exceptional customer service by promptly clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food orders to tables when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment for guests.
- Support the server team in managing guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise during service.
- Prepare and stock service areas with necessary supplies, including condiments, utensils, and linens.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service periods.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the restaurant’s standards for service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This position is seasonal.
