As a server assistant, we want you to showcase your knowledge and curiosity for food and wine, and how the two complement one another.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Servers throughout the guest dining
• Clear and reset table in a refined and polished way
• Greet table and offer water service
• Cleanliness of side stations and restrooms
• Sweep, remove trash, and keep an organized work space
• Engage with guests as needed
• Provide Hospitality
