Description
Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Servers for available positions. We are looking for friendly, dependable team members who can provide excellent customer service and support smooth dining operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system when required
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on guests and respond to their needs throughout their dining experience
- Answer questions about menu items and assist with guest requests
- Clear, clean, and reset tables
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions as required
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous server, wait staff, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
