Description

Position Overview:
  • Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • The SEO Analyst is responsible for improving the company's online visibility through on page and technical SEO.
  • This role focuses on keyword research, analytics, and website optimization to increase organic search traffic.
  • You will work closely with content, development, marketing, and business teams to ensure SEO supports overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Conduct keyword research for U.S. and international markets to identify high value keywords and phrases.
  • Develop and implement on page and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics and SEO tools.
  • Assess website health and identify technical issues that affect crawling, indexing, and rankings.
  • Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on SEO trends, best practices, and search engine algorithm updates.
  • Collaborate with content strategists, web developers, marketing, and business stakeholders to apply SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate with all impacted groups and functions to move SEO projects forward.
  • Perform technical problem solving and data analysis to support SEO initiatives.
  • Resolve SEO related and web analytics incidents across the information system lifecycle, including classification, prioritization, root cause analysis, and implementation of fixes.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SEO or a closely related field, in either agency or client side environments.
  • Strong, hands on knowledge of SEO best practices for on page and technical optimization.
  • Deep expertise with content optimization techniques and keyword targeting.
  • Proficiency with analytics and SEO platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and create clear, actionable reports.
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager AEM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, agile, and deadline driven environment.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, prioritization, and delivery.
