This confidential opportunity is ideal for an experienced workforce analytics professional who can turn complex people data into clear, actionable business strategies.

You will combine workforce planning, labor economics, advanced analytics, and responsible AI to help clients improve hiring, retention, internal mobility, workforce investments, and overall organizational performance.

What You'll Do

  • Translate workforce and business challenges into practical, analytics-driven solutions.
  • Lead client engagements focused on workforce strategy, people analytics, pay equity, and labor-market intelligence.
  • Build forecasting models, skills taxonomies, retention-risk models, and internal-mobility recommendations.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data, including employee information, job descriptions, performance feedback, and external labor-market data.
  • Apply statistical, machine-learning, and AI-enabled methods to identify workforce trends and opportunities.
  • Present findings to HR and business leaders through clear dashboards, visualizations, presentations, and data stories.
  • Develop implementation roadmaps that help clients move from insight to measurable action.
  • Quantify the expected business impact and return on investment of workforce recommendations.
  • Apply responsible AI practices, including model validation, explainability, bias testing, privacy protections, and documentation.
  • Create reusable consulting frameworks, client tools, proposals, and thought-leadership materials.

What You'll Bring

  • At least eight years of consulting experience in workforce strategy, HR analytics, labor economics, organizational psychology, people analytics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or PhD in economics, industrial-organizational psychology, statistics, data science, computer science, labor relations, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Experience with pay-equity analysis, strategic workforce planning, labor-market analysis, or similar workforce consulting engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of regression, causal inference, time-series analysis, clustering, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, or comparable analytical tools.
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or a similar platform.
  • Ability to work with large, varied datasets and translate technical results into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong client-facing communication, storytelling, presentation, and project-leadership skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience using large language models or other AI tools within workforce analytics or consulting.
  • Knowledge of model governance, validation, bias detection, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
  • Ability to evaluate new AI tools based on accuracy, speed, privacy, transparency, and business value.
  • Experience leading analytics work from data strategy and ingestion through modeling, visualization, and deployment guidance.
  • A consultative approach that balances analytical rigor with practical implementation.

Compensation

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $91,000–$200,000.

Final compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, education, technical expertise, skills, location, and overall alignment with the role.
