Title: Senior Workday Integration Developer

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $70-85/hr.

Type: Contract

We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise Workday integration solutions. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations that connect Workday with internal and external systems while providing technical leadership and architectural guidance across integration initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines deep Workday integration expertise with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams. This individual will play a key role in driving integration strategy, improving data connectivity, and delivering scalable solutions that support critical business operations.


Key Responsibilities

Workday Integration Development

  • Design, develop, configure, and support complex integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Workday and various enterprise applications, vendors, and business systems.
  • Develop scalable solutions for data exchange, automation, and business process efficiency.
  • Create, test, deploy, and support integration solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop reusable integration components and establish development standards.
  • Participate in system upgrades, new feature implementations, and integration enhancements.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for Workday integration design and development.
  • Lead architectural discussions and recommend best practices for integration strategy and solution design.
  • Evaluate business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members on integration development methodologies.
  • Review existing integrations and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.<
