Job Summary: This position demands a skilled Workday HRIS professional to provide essential operational support and resolve user inquiries. You will be instrumental in maintaining data accuracy, developing reports, and optimizing HR technology processes within a growing organization. This role offers a dynamic environment for managing daily system tasks and contributing to future HR technology enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming HRIS support requests and provide timely resolutions.
Troubleshoot and rectify system issues, user data discrepancies, and transactions.
Create, modify, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
Support HR technology process improvements and system enhancements.
Deliver exceptional customer service to HR stakeholders and end-users.

Must-Have Skills:

Extensive experience with Workday HCM administration and support.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday data and system issues.
Strong skills in developing and modifying Workday reports and analytics.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience supporting HR technology and HRIS functions, preferably within a mid-size global organization undergoing transformation.
