Senior Workday Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Workday Engineer with strong expertise in Workday HCM, integrations, and technical architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering and supporting large-scale Workday implementations and will be capable of serving as a technical lead, architect, or senior consultant.

Essential Qualifications

• 6–8 years of overall relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR technology, with strong exposure to Workday.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday integrations.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale Workday deployments.
• Experience working as a technical lead, architect, or senior consultant on Workday programs.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM technical architecture, integration development, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Workday Compensation Management and Time Tracking is preferred.

Candidates should ideally hold at least two of the following Workday certifications:
