The Senior Workday Analyst is instrumental in managing and optimizing the HRIS systems to enhance the operational efficiency of HR, payroll, and talent management functions. The role involves collaborating with the HR team to update, configure, and improve Workday processes, ensuring a seamless and integrated service environment that benefits our business customers. By leveraging advanced technical skills and extensive knowledge of Workday modules, this position contributes directly to maintaining the system of record for all personnel data and supports a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.

The Senior Workday Analyst will report directly to the Director of HRIS at SRS Heritage Group. The Director of HRIS is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of all HRIS-related functions within the organization.

Travel Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
The Senior Workday Analyst position primarily operates within a standard office environment at our Corporate office in McKinney, TX. The role necessitates prolonged periods of sitting and engagement with computer-based tasks, inclusive of typing, reading, and data entry, along with occasional lifting of light materials, such as documents and office supplies, not exceeding 20 pounds. Visual acuity is required for reviewing and interpreting complex data on computer monitors. The Senior Workday Analyst role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in at least two of the specified Workday modules.
Certifications:
Workday PRO Certification (required or preferred with 7 years' experience in at least two specified Workday modules)
