Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer

Location: 100% REMOTE We are seeking a hands-on Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer to support enterprise Windows endpoint engineering across Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Intune, OS deployment, patching, security, and automation. Experience with SCCM-to-Intune migrations, Windows 10/11 upgrades, and zero-touch provisioning is strongly preferred.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer to support enterprise Windows endpoint engineering across Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Intune, OS deployment, patching, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and deploy enterprise Windows golden images using Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Develop and troubleshoot OSD task sequences, WinPE, drivers, applications, BitLocker, and Windows upgrades
• Engineer and support SCCM/MECM, including PXE, distribution points, collections, software deployment, and patching
• Manage Intune, Autopilot, configuration policies, compliance, and proactive remediations
• Support migration and co-management between SCCM and Intune
• Manage Windows patching, application delivery, Group Policy, and endpoint security
• Develop PowerShell automation for provisioning, configuration, remediation, and reporting
• Troubleshoot complex Windows endpoint and deployment issues

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of Windows endpoint / desktop engineering experience
• Deep hands-on SCCM / MECM experience
• Proven experience creating and deploying Windows golden images using SCCM/MECM
• Strong OSD and task sequence experience
• Hands-on Intune and Autopilot experience
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
• Strong Group Policy, application packaging, and Windows troubleshooting experience
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, PKI, WSUS, and Windows security controls
• Experience with SCCM-to-Intune migrations, Windows 10/11 upgrades, and zero-touch provisioning is strongly preferred.
